Find the Spring season in your life

Spring is starting to settle in.

The sun is shining.
The snow is melting.
The birds are chirping.

Yet when I look at the common man, their attitudes are still frozen with despair. Even with the warmth and the greenery slowly coming back, most people just don’t give a f*ck.

Where me on the other hand, I can’t help but enjoy the wonders of the rebirth of the world.

All winter was gloomy and dark, and now we’re starting the season of booty shorts and barely appropriate tank tops. Yet, people still feel like they have nothing to look forward to.

Well, the sunshine of Bulcha (conceited, I know) is here to melt the wintery ice of negativity away from you and help you embrace the renewal spring in your soul.

But how will I do that?

By helping you rediscover your passion for life.

When people are frozen with negativity, their passion for life is gone. They don’t see the possibilities that can happen, all they see is the drudgery of their day to day existence.

With spring in your heart, you should be renewing your passion for life. You should be thinking of all the outdoor activities you can do, the people you can meet, etc.

Instead of being dormant 365 days of the year, it is time to start finding out what things you would like to do.

Is it taking a road trip with some buddies?
Is it taking chances with your projects?
Is it going on a bender with a couple of hookers?

Besides the last point, you should be looking at spring as an opportunity to start exploring more in life.

Your life is only limited by your curiosity.

Instead of being barely content with what you are, start thinking of what you can be, and take action towards it. Life will never be boring if you have the passion to live, explore, and wonder.

And when winter does come, you’ll still carry that spring/summer passion of living life.

People will think you are weird or wrong, but they will be jealous because you still carry that passion for life, whereas they lost it years ago.

Looking back, this one quote from Albert Camus is finally starting to make sense to me:

My dear,
In the midst of hate, I found there was, within me, an invincible love.
In the midst of tears, I found there was, within me, an invincible smile.
In the midst of chaos, I found there was, within me, an invincible calm.
I realized, through it all, that…
In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.
And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger — something better, pushing right back.

Embrace that internal spring/summer, nurture it, and learn to never let go of it.
