My workout plan during the quarantine

No excuses.

That’s what I told myself about figuring out a way to stay fit with all the gyms closed. Not going to lie, I was stumped on what I could do.

I know I could do bodyweight workouts, but those would be limited still. So I started thinking real hard, to the point I was suffering mental exhaustion. And then it hit me.

Resistant bands!

I went online, did some research and placed an order. I started looking at workouts with the bands, and I was impressed.
