Plan your own Prison Break
Today I was a little sad.
Not depressive or anything. Just a healthy dose of sadness.
I was thinking about my time from age 17–25 where I was held in my own mental prison and this just got me real sad.
Those nine years of my life that I can’t get back, I wasted away in a mental prison. And the funny part, I acted like a prisoner. I kept the same routine for years, depended on other people’s goodwill and initiative for a temporary change in my life.
But in the end, I was still in prison.
Looking back during those prison years, I was afraid to do anything. Afraid to live, afraid to get my heartbroken, and afraid of success.
For whatever reason, I even thought I was not worthy of the basic respect from people. And what makes me incredibly sad was that I accepted that as normal for myself.
I let people make fun of me without any consequences.
I let people take advantage of me without any consequences.
I let people think they were better than me without any consequences.
All this happened because I was stuck in my mental prison and accepted whatever scraps I was given in life.
So why I am telling you all this?
That you need to ask yourself if you’re in prison mentally. And if you are, you break the f*ck out of it ASAP.
Life is too damn precious to be wasted.
I don’t care how tied down in chains you are. You will dedicate the rest of your life to breaking out of prison.
But how some of you will think?
Well, besides my age-old advice of taking action, you need to design your life in a way where you can get results.
Not meeting enough women, learn to be more social and have social hobbies.
Feeling bored with life, find a project that you are passionate about.
You don’t feel attractive, learn to work out, dress better, be social.
Life can be amazing and fruitful, but you have to learn that you are the key to all your problems.
Everything you need is in you.
So please, for the love of God, don’t put your life to waste.
Break out of prison and make the rest of your life the best times of your life.
